I'm not saying that this will be around ten years from now. Currently, many of my customers do not have pc's or e-mail. They are landscape contractors and interior decorators, for the most part. Virtually all of them have fax machines. We can't all be on the cutting edge. There will be a period of adjustment that may last a year or two or five or eight. Who knows? Until the adjustments are made, I will take advantage of this service. I also believe it will be used by thousands of people with businesses like mine. By the way, I was interrupted during my composition of this note. I received a fax via e-mail. That's the best thing about this service.
