Shawn, option question for ya:

What is "open interest"? Is that the total number
of options that have been written, so i can't buy
more than that number? Or, can someone come along and
arbitrarily write MORE options to cover whatever is
being bought. If that is true, than investors could flood
the options market with more so that supply and demand
for options would NOT drive the price of an option, only
the stock price would drive it (which is what u'd like).

Any help is appreciated :)
