I don't see the transition having a major impact on PHXS. The Chinese have had lots of time to prepare, and truly want a smooth transition.
If we get new leadership that decides to attempt to reverse changes in progress, I think then we may see problems. But it won't be only PHXS but the whole nation. I don't think the changes in progress can be reversed and such an attempt could lead to revolt.

As far as the change in Hong Kong this summer, the same holds true. Chinese officials want this to go smoothly, the whole world is watching and they still have the Taiwan transition ahead.
