To All BETT shareholders: 98 10K is almost complete and will soon be filed. After filing, we will then Register a 505 Offering with the SEC to raise up to $5 million in operating capital. With a portion of these funds, we will close on 777 WINS and Rogel Technologies and will pursue other Group Gates in Lottery, Slots and Bingo. (see hpos.com and click eConnect) eConnect is positioning itself through the eGaming division to generate revenues from its own gaming company holdings and through the eGate division to make a small service fee as we route PERFECT gaming wagers to our competitors. Rogel Technologies will provide the portal for PERFECT commerce and eConnect will also generate substantial software licensing and participation revenues. Our strategy is clear. We are bringing the first PERFECT terminals into global commerce and the ET&T bank host to drive global self serviced transactions. We will provide the portal for gaming merchant signups and for consumers to discover who is a PERFECT gaming or other type of merchant. eConnect has the patented SLICK internet bypass keyboard being developed and the pocket sized PocketPay as two devices that can move immediate cash to gaming operators. Finally, eConnect is positioned as an internet related company not an internet dependent company and is a USA corporation that will be a holding company for off shore gaming services. The entire eGaming division is positioned at a moment's notice to move off shore if required. We do not believe that will be necessary.
