Who's going to benefit the most from China's CDMA wireless plan? Does LU has any CDMA technology? Probably, QCOM(Qualcomm), its stock has been up +25% in only three trading sessions. That's what I call a pop in stock. Another "poper" high-tech stock is SUNW (Sun Microsystem). Of course, I am not talking about thoese Internet stocks and PLAT (will be acquired by Computer Associates).
