Overhang caused by: (1) impending FRO deal which has really removed the sex appeal, (2) CIBC looking for ways to get out of their shareholder agreement and dump an awesome number of shares on the market, (3) Large number of shares that become re-floating in August. At least this is my take ... still hanging onto some way out of the money April's ... just in case. QWST also had some positive news today. Tim
