Thank you for your response Mr. Ellsworth. I've been adversely affected a few times on these reverse mergers so it's always best to be prudent. But since your company doesn't seem to have a lot of outstanding shares at the moment, I don't forsee a problem unless you plan to issue an outlandish amount to enact the merger. The only factor that I would want to see is the actual size and scope of Netbilling's current operations, i.e. revenues. I see that they claim 30,000 customers, which is very encouraging. Perhaps you will announce the results of the audit that seems to be underway. Thank you for your time.
