Hi Gord,

Now have a look at your excellent Pipe shematic again, notice the crest around the top of a pipe - that ring on the surface..

how can All this 'Pipe' possibly Happen under-ground ???

now look at the thin dikes around the pipe keeping this in mind:

"The average down-hole thickness of kimberlite in these holes is 2.57
metres....In addition to these holes, several holes on the up-dip edge of the kimberlite dyke on...the NW penensula are less than one metre thick..."

that's how much material is Left Over for WSP to make it's $ IMO.
