Selling/buying/holding on the news becomes irrelevant in cases like this in my opinion. The moment the deal is set, BCST will become the equivalent of a YHOO tracking stock, going up when YHOO goes up and going down when YHOO goes down to the same proportion as its buyout price. Same thing happened with Geocities and Xcit.
