J- lol. Of secondary interest, one of Brocades System Integrators [Fabric Integrators] filed for an IPO recently. Datalink [DTLK] , Edina MN, filed on 2-16-99 to sell 2.6m shares priced at ~$10.00. Needham, Kinnard, Cruttenden Roth are the underwriters. This one was filed last Sept and then withdrawn due to market conditions. Sales and income [ ops income and net ] numbers look decent. Balance sheet includes some debt, at least a portion of which , will be repaid by the proceeds of the offering. Datalink designs and installs custom high-end data storage systems, including SAN and NAS. This company is not a start-up, they have been around for years. Neil
