This deal was Noreen's going-away present. This PR is dated 3-11-1999, it alludes to her and Hellinger visiting the site on 3-17-1999, there's been not a peep out of ERHC about it, if this were some sort of back-stabbing deal, the lawsuits would be flying already. One of ERHC's PR's a couple months ago stated they wanted to concentrate completely on finding the oil; the logistics centre would be a sideshow. All this is speculation, of course.
