Walter;

Yesterday I recieved in the mail an announcement that they are having an AGM in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at 10:00AM on March 12. In the AGM they would like to resolve a number of things;

1) to decide if they should continue using the same auditors
2) to decide whether they should issue a 1 million option PP
3) to decide if they sould allow the directors the discretion of being able to issue other PP's with a discount depending on the value of the stock at the time of notice to do the PP's.

Other than this I am not sure of the goings on with the properties that they have. I would suspect that they will be moving ahead with production from the Mishi property soon, as they have sucured contracts to have a nearby mine process the ore at a good rate.
