OT** HELPPP!!!! David, Paul, Scrapps, ANYBODY! I use Netscape 3.0
It is "locking up" on me. It did this once before a couple months ago and I ended up dumping it and reinstalling.
It's worked fine till yesterday. (I was using 3.0 GOLD then and my ISP said they only supported 3.0 so I dumped GOLD for "plain" 3.0)
I THOUGHT that was the problem.

It seems to occur when I try to access a link or a bookmark. When the NEW site begins to download it gets about 3/4 of the way through and then it just FREEZES! The cursor still works (the "curser" too<g>), I can move it around the screen, BUT the screen is frozen.

When I do the ctrl/alt/delete trick it gets me to the desktop and all the other programs work fine, SO it appears to be specific to online.

Browser, Modem?? I'm at a loss. I defragged and ran Scandisk on the HD. I dumped the browsers caches. I CAN'T be DOWN TODAY. I've got several trades going and it's harder than hell to do them by phone. Anybody got any ideas?

It seems that as long as I stay in ONE place(SI), I'm OK. It's when I try to go to another site.
HELPPPP!!!

If someone knows please post and if you'd be so kind, E-mail me too.
I seem to be able to recieve my E-mail. (Sound familiar?)
This is the SAME thing that was happening in DEC.

Please help before I put my fist through something.

Jeff
