Jonathan,

Thanks for your info. Since the European Commission will make
a decision on (or by) Apr 8, does it mean the difference
between Lu and Asnd will drop from today's 4.8 to 2.5 in two
weeks (assuming the merger gets approved), or will it drop
more lineally to zero in the next three months. Could you
please share your thought with us. Thanks.
