V$gas.Com I was not implying anything. It is a very good article. It also describes how this type of financing can be properly structured to benefit the company and protect the interest of the shareholders. So was i implying that Mr.Gordon has done a good job structuring the pp. You have demonstrated the very reason I did not want to post the article here. I simply thought some people may be interested in learning about this subject. Dennis F.
