Hello Andy, According to the latest 8K news announcement filed with the SEC and available on EDGAR, Pipasa is a privately held company and the only info I've been able to get on it is stated on the 8K. I've requested info from Pipasa and from the Chamber of Commerce in Costa Rica, but have gotten nothing. Going strictly on my own memory, let's say the combined company will net about 10 or 11 cents per share and the book value will be about $1.50 to $1.60. The takeover-acquisition has been agreed to by the respective managements of QLSI and Pipasa and is now subject to shareholder approval. The shareholder meeting and vote is scheduled for late June, the last I heard. James Kirk Isenhour, CEO of QLSI, has a high opinion of the new management coming on board and that's good enough for me.
