Total Entertainment and IGF Complete DRAGONGAMING.COM -- Alliance Ahead
of Schedule

RED BANK, N.J./MONTREAL (March 29) BUSINESS WIRE -March 29, 1999--Total
Entertainment Inc. (OTC BB: TTLN) announced today that it has signed
their Agreement with Independent Growth Finders Inc. (V:IGF), to form
"DRAGONGAMING.COM", a joint venture corporation that will serve the
Asia Pacific Online Gaming and E-commerce Industry.

Total Entertainment transferred across to Independent Growth Finders
one million (1,000,000) shares of TTLN upon the signing of the
Contract. IGF, now the Finance Manager of DRAGONGAMING.COM, will
discharge its responsibility by providing the management and marketing
of the website, while TTLN will supervise the site's development and
maintenance.

Mitchell Brown, President of TTLN, expects DRAGONGAMING.COM to
solidify both TTLN's online gaming and electronic commerce businesses.
Mr. Brown articulated that this Agreement, "secures our position in the
online gaming business internationally, in territories outside of the
jurisdiction of North America."

Mr. Michael Lai, Executive Vice-President and CEO-Asia of IGF, hinted
that the process was expedited weeks ahead of schedule because of his
advancing negotiations with the two largest Asian gaming organizations
for exclusive online gaming contracts. IGF will deliver
DRAGONGAMING.COM to the most internet-accessible nations first, such as
Southern China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore, and then roll out
momentously to other Asian markets soon after.

IGF plans to use digital radio technology, a step that no other
company has been able to implement to date. With the advent of digital
audio broadcasting (DAB) technology, interactive e-commerce and
internet access via car and home radio receivers has become a reality.
Mr. Lai advised that, "after the touch-screen, it is the next step in
access to the internet."

IGF's proprietary plan is as ubiquitous, convenient, and local as the
"conbini", a Japanese convenience-store concept, and accounts for the
varying nuances of Asian culture and language. Mr. Lai reiterated the
importance of "making the internet accessible, opportune, and
entertaining even to those without computer access."

Mr. John Masselli, Vice-President of Software Development of TTLN,
reported that TTLN would more than quadruple its bandwidth and server
power over the next month in preparation for the anticipated demands on
the site.

Mr. Masselli explained that sportsbook wagering is proportionately
greater in Asia than in North America, with such popular sports as
horse racing, cycling, and high school baseball, and "it would be
impossible for Total Entertainment to offer lines on these sports
without the expertise and networking capacity of Mr. Lai."
DRAGONGAMING.COM is also prepared to offer clients various Asian casino
games, including mah-jong and pai gow poker.

Total Entertainment Inc. has experienced explosive growth since its
inception and is committed to becoming the leader in the online gaming
and e-commerce industry. Successful competitors in the online casino
and gaming industry include: CryptoLogic (TSE:CRY.TO), GLC Limited
(NASDAQ:GLXW), Starnet Communications International Inc. (OTC BB:SNMM),
GoCall Inc. (OTC BB:GOCA), GIC Global Entertainment Corp. (OTC
BB:GGNC), Cybergames Inc. (OTC BB:CYGA), Winners Internet Network (OTC
BB:WINR), and Atlantic International Entertainment Ltd. (OTC BB:AIEE).
