Scott, From memory (so Richard or someone else correct me if wrong), MXAM shareholders as of last Oct 1 were to receive 1 share of WSRI for each 160 shares of MXAM owned as of that date. Today's trading was the first I've seen and I don't know the source of the shares. As far as I know, they aren't recorded in my account as of yet, although I haven't checked recently. It appears that someone bought 200 shares this morning at $1.50, probably from a MM who didn't have any in stock. He turned around and acquired from a MM that did at $1. Then, someone this afternoon sold 300 at the bid of 0.031. That's still the bid/ask spread - 0.031 x $1.50, if you can believe it!! Alan
