2themoon, Perhaps you could stop in on your next drive by and bring them a pen. Maybe this is what is holding up the 10k filing. They have no pens!! The SEC has assured me it is a simple form, so I don't know what else the hold up could be.(Unless they're a scam company associated with mobsters running a classic pump and dump scheme and have no intention of filing. But I doubt it, the "no pen" theory is much more plausible.)
