Hi Steve:

I strongly support the idea of a BBFW thread (I am
tired of the ''please help me, I am in pain'' posts
on the WCII thread, even though most posters are well meaning).
However, if the thread just focuses on WCII/TGNT/NXLK/ARTT,
it may be slightly boring. I would recommend including
companies which use the ISM or MMDS bands, as well as
(possibly) companies which are deploying broadband data
satellite constellations (Teledesic, ALA/LOR, GMH).

PS: I think we will need to analyze WCOM's MMDS move.
Is it just a way of thwarting FON, combined with
an asset play (the MMDS spectrum is very valuable, particularly
if it can be consolidated)? Or is WCOM's intending to
use the MMDS spectrum for the last mile?
