I contacted ALDN's IR firm on Friday afternoon and asked about their involvement with WAVX and ownership etc... However, they refused to answer my questions concerning number shares owned, warrants, # sold etc... replying that legally they could not answer and that a press release would be out early this week that should answer the above questions. I probed with some very specific questions asking ownership 3 months ago, which warrants were exercised in july 98 etc.. but they refused to answer everything. Does anyone else find this a bit strange? In any case apparently the questions will soon be answered. WAVX was up a few more pts today. joby
