Thanks Van Wang for the post. With 39.1M shares out, Isolyser would have to earn ~$20MM to earn .49eps in 1997. Don't know what that translates into for '97 revenues (probably require over ~$200MM), gross margins, and expenses controls. Sounds overly ambitious for '97. Also, not sure what income tax benefits (i.e. loss carrybacks/forwards) might come into play. Maybe actual q4&ye96 numbers (and assumptions derived from a variety of other resulting inquiries) will provide us some insights into operating results going forward. -Kent
