I have never seen anyone so full of B.S. as the bug - Spider.
This flea knows nothing about foreign exchange. Charter of
export set up for exporting raw material between Brazil and
Madera and its customers + international Banking.

The subject of Mahogany was brought up. The controlled export of Mahogany, which can only be cut when located on Indian reservations.

To say 80 % of the export timber in Brazil is sold with out being accounted for by Brazil is dumb, this could happen to gold or diamonds or drugs. ((When timber is lost is due to clear cut burning done by ranchers and others wanting farmranch land.))
But Timber? Madera timber is in a pile at the dock standing 30 to 50 ft in the air, enough to load 3 ships at any one time.
If in log form, trees are ID. If in material form, material is banded
and receives a export Number. When the goods are loaded, export papers
w/Numbers go to a export Brazil Export office control ctr.

Madera is a U.S. dollar exporter, Brazil is paid in U.S. Dollars.
All banking is done with a U.S. corresponding bank located in Brazil.
By doing this, Madera U.S. dollar bank account takes advantage of the
changing values of the Brazil dollar. If this banking practice
were not done Madera would have lost over 1/2 of its money
when Brazil devalued its money several times a few weeks ago. So where is the money, its in a US corresponding American bank which has a charter to do business in Brazil.

Madera has moved about 20+ export ships out of Brazil. Must be doing
something right by now. Madera pays it Brazil labor by converting U.S. dollar into Brazil money.

Mahogany like Ivory can not be exported to
many countries. England was a major importer of
Mahogany but no more. Now if there is a problem
with Mahogany and it export, it is China. They have been
caught a few times exporting Mahogany logs. They strip the
bark and hid the logs in the log pile which are ID
maybe as pine. Mahogany is the only log cut having Brazil Gov
restrictions placed on it.

I have seen the Madera timber over there and would not have
invested in Madera if I were not sure of what was going
on. Mr Louis Garza a Brazil friend of mine keeps me well
informed on Madera S. Amer operation. We are in close contact
by phone with Madera.
