Ray, I spent most of yesterday reading research reports on ATT, Sprint, WorldCom,
MCI, and LCI International. The strongest in the group is WCOM. Several factors
that I have gleaned from the research is that the chart is almost straight up since
January with no pull-backs yet. One analyst has a price target of $50-55, and I think
that the stock could blow through those numbers. Further, the Regional Bells have
alliances with WCOM to lease their long distance and many Internet providers use
WCOMs system and infrastructure for their customers. I am seriously thinking of picking
up a few shares of WCOM or Optical Cable Corp (OCCF).

This is all just one person's opinion, please take lightly.
