Jesus, Art. There's no 10% fee; this isn't a secondary offering. It would have become a sale of treasury stock after the option was exercised. Besides, what's your point? That the screw up was only $3.6 million, not $4 million?

By the way, why did they pay the first installment on the option ($125K) if they had no intention of ever exercising it? Should we add this to the list of shrewd financial moves, or can you offer an explanation? What did we get for that $125,000? Man, we could have had offices overlooking Central Park, which is what this company really needs, after all.
