Dave has been a strong supporter of Cybersurf and an excellent advisor to management. However, he has recently taken on additional responsibilities related to his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of First Calgary Savings & Credit Union, and felt he must step down from our board at this time. We would like to thank Dave for contributing to Cybersurf's growth and wish him well with his future endeavours. Cybersurf is a communication company in the business of developing and marketing software and connectivity tools.
