John, FYI...Y2K is passe...Major corporations here in the States (those that are not compliant by 4/1/1999 are no longer in a rush to convert...As stated at the last Y2K conference held in Washington by the Federal Government, Contingency is the word, i.e., document alternate solutions, or work arounds...unless they are planning to generate income from the third world, which we already know will experience problems, and has made no effort, and does not plan to... Just about every major here in the USA has made to necessary modifications, or has an alternate plan in place...speaking as a Manager of Information Systems...the rational is: If it costs too much, will eat up too many resources, or will take too long...we will find a way around it!!! Perhaps, we should be looking at what this talent will be able to do in the arena of gaming software development... :> Regards...Gator (Your Technical Advantage)
