It's going to take a while for the market to digest the value of this merger but I don't expect QTR holders to benefit in the short term. This saves a company headed for delisting because of lack of money and impossibility of raising it while it may give QTR a property with actual gold on it. QTR's management just picked a pile of the wrong properties to explore and shareholders have paid dearly for this. What's your guess of the trading price of the merged company? Mine is between 40 and 50 cents a share with downside risk for the near future.
