Great Dow 10,000 Rap! In case anyone is not a regular reader, here is a droll tidbit from today: "In another macro event, it appears that Indian Prime Minister Vagpayee has called for a new "axis" to oppose the NATO action, which would include India, Russia and China. All I've got to say about that is, if that coalition got together and decided they were upset with the world, that would be a problem in terms of the number of bodies they could throw at anyone in a skirmish."
