Benjamin, I had similar results when running the trace from a web-site that allowed you to enter "tracert" requests from various servers across Canada ( traceroute.org ). The router you identified [207.194.239.161] belongs to BC Tel. As Gerry suggested, I will (and I think we all should) send e-mail to the CSW web-master asking him to ask BC Tel to investigate this situation.
