Matt, I can add more reasons to the April 6th date for a high. We will be an idealized 2/3 or the way through the dominant 9 month cycle (last bottoming on 10-8-98) It will be the Bradley Siderograph top for the year, July 20th nailed the top in 1998. It is right after the end of the Japanese fiscal year and cracks should show up there. There is another more complicated cycle that also is indicating a time turning point on April 6th. Maybe, if we do get a top then I will get around to laying out that reasoning in the future...... Best, john
