Emily, whenever you change a portfolio you need to click "OK" at the bottom of the window rather than closing it with the "X" in the upper-right hand corner of the window. Is it possible that this is the reason. For a more detailed answer, I would suggest contacting support@iqc.com with as much information about the situation as you can provide. Howard
