The market appears to be reacting to what is a failed "takeover"
of GSM. For those who bought in for the takeover only and are not familiar with GSM, they are probably hitting or have already hit the exits.

As the election year has passed, we are into the selling season for GSM's products. Q3 and Q4 look good (as per GSM's Q2 report) and there should be contract annoucements again. Since GSM "entered" into merger talks there have been no contract annoucements. The rumour mill indicates El Paso (and parts of TEXAS) and Toronto. Seeing how well GSM's products performed in recent US elections and how poorly the competition did, should bode well for GSM.

It is too early to evaluate GSM's takeover of BRELSH's electoral business as there is no info available to the average investor. If shares come from the treasury, that should be non-dilutive, would the new merger pass?
