TLC, Apparently the Melissa virus is causing quite a bit of havoc for IS managers. I've seen some TV news briefs on it today, and now they're reporting about a newer version (or variant or whole new virus) called something like Happy or Pappy or Mappy or something like that. The TV person did not enunciate clearly enough to catch her exact words... Apparently some smart PC folks took the relatively sedate Melissa virus and added a few "enhancements" of their own which makes some variants of Melissa very lethal indeed (according to the news reports).
