Marcos: I do not find the posts you have dug up objectionable. The posts I object to are those which are defamatory and libelous (and it is not difficult to find a number of them - however you have to go through a year of posts on Stockhouse on line where they were posted - don't waste your time, unless you want to). The fact that he called the price correctly does not mean automatically that the company is a scam and that management are crooks. Although it would probably be to credit him with more impact than he had in reality, there are sometimes such things as self-fulfilling prophecies. It certainly does no good to a small company to be consistently subjected to defamation and libel. I am looking at the progress this company has made over the last few years and believe we are looking at a turn around: fiscal 97 was a financial disaster, fiscal 98 ended up with a small operating profit, and I believe that the ducks are getting lined up to surprise people with fiscal 99 (we'll have to wait until November to get those results). As a long term investor, I'd rather not have numerous irresponsible statements and accusations consistently made by an individual with his obscure agenda, day in and day out (again, go through the Stockhouse posts) at the time the company's fortune are about to change (my opinion). It does not mean that I do not accept opposite views with respect to MDRE, and I can understand that some people have a shorter term view than mine, and that they can be disappointed that the price did not move faster. That is however no reason to launch a guerilla warfare on the company through defamation and libel. I have no quarrel with you, Marcos, especially based on the posts you have used to support your arguments. However, I am personally sick and tired of reading the numerous irresponsible posts over about a year. Whether the company overreacted, the courts will make that determination. I don't think the lawsuit will cost the company a lot of money; they already have been awarded court costs for the recent procedures, and there is ample ammunition in the posts for them to prevail...no need to do a lot of research.
