Without seeing the actual numbers or having any idea how and why they were arrived at, I have to wonder if being the high bidder on all these markets is necessarily a good thing?

After all, the high bidder is the guy who paid more than the other bidders thought it was worth.

What are the numbers? How many people per market? What is the cost per thousand potential subscribers? How do these rates compare to those paid for cellular service in the same markets?
