Roger, Believe it or not, I think the stock is poised for another rally. It gapped up earlier this year--and yesterday's action closed the gap. The lows made right after Christmas haven't been tested yet, but if they are tested and the stock moves higher, that'll make a pretty convincing double bottom and a good time to buy. I don't like taking trading positions in a stock that is about to release earnings, and that is out of the way now. The only thing really left to be resolved now is the MCI squabble. What do you make of the shares O/S reduction? It appears that the resignations resulted in those exercisable options being cancelled. Also, there was no mention in the 10-K of warnings from the auditors about being able to continue as a going concern. This stock may have some life left in it yet. Trading it however seems to be the only way to make anything...
