Yes, the earnings did look ok. The year to year rev. was off, but overall not too bad for edusf. I guess I'll start to keep a closer eye on it. It may take a q or two to get some movement out of it, but lets keep it on the back burner. Thanks for reminding me....also, I will check out their web site. later, John
