Carole, I don't think the news will be a "downer". The Dublin issue has been on the drawing board for a while, but many of the newbie's and U.S. investors IMO have not given it too much thought. If the news release is intelligent (which it should be with FRB support, etc.) It should open some eyes, and open other eyes wider. Should give it a little boost. Also, I don't think many were thinking this particular announcement was going to be a merger/buyout anyway. John
