TA-wise, PLAT was very bad, heavy distribution. So high short interest and bad chart does not mean it won't be taken over.
On the other hand, Good accumulation and low short-interest sometimes predict imminent take-over. FORE have been accumulated much heavier recently than XYLN before its buyout. What does it mean? Probably nothing.
