I have posted much, lets save the rest for a surprise. The SEC will have it all by 3 a. m tonight. I spent over a grand on knowx searches alone. They were worth the price. CYOE is circle jerking everyone with creating earnings and the earnings are coming from the companies they are buying or have bought. The biggest surprise will be the accounting fraud and the manipulation of revenues and sales to create those earnings. CYOE gave those companies they were buying up front money. They then go and put a down payment with that money for an equipment lease. (CYOE equipment) Cyoe then books the sale. CYOE then buys that company. CYOE has no earnings and they have been all fabricated. When CYOE completes the purchase of the companies they will be the ones making the payments on the lease. On the same equipment they booked as earnings. They have a 19% equity position in Crescent Communications Curcios company. They boasted about Eugene Curcio. I believe that they would have bought Crescent Communications too had the truth not been found out. Ask yourself this. Even if Crescent was legit, what company leases equipment before they even have a place to run a business? Its rotting in some warehouse and is becoming obsolete. Maybe the street.com may run a story on tuesday, COULD BE. There is much more to the story but I have to get back to work.
