Andy,...It's hard to get excited about a 1/16th point move day to day. I'm still recommending this stock to people at any price below $1.50 since any major positive developments could easily propel the stock to new highs, above the $4.50 reached last April. My opinion is based on the stakes being raised by the new estimates of potential reserves that could run into the "tens of billions of barrels of oil"! No matter how you view the wisdom and/or risks associated with oil drilling, it's hard to see how the State's behavior can be viewed as fair and honest dealing with respect to the legal granting of the leases back in the '40's. If the State never intended for CCO to drill, then the deal was a fraud from the beginnning. If the State unilaterally changed their mind at some later time, the absence of any fair negotiations and/or compensation should be explained.
