Bill, Bundle Agreement was with Diamond - Trying to determine the impact to TSSW's bottom line based on this deal Merger with Unicore will double revenues in the 2nd qtr and beyond IMO ( Unicore reported revenues of over 3 million last year. Will primarily impact 2nd qtr and beyond. .. TSSW reported revenues of 656,000 in the 2nd qtr last year ) E-commerce partnership with Digital River - world's largest online database of software products will also help IMO> DC
