You're right. The millions of upgradeable modem sales have already hit the USR books. The new 56k modem sales will take away from the V.34 modem sales. I see no real revenue growth above the already expected internet related growth. All of this combined with the falling prices of modems will result in just normal, expected growth for USR. Not a "home run"

I still believe the difference for USR is in their higher end, higher margin products.
