Yes, the goal will be to do just that. Right now, it is just to consolidate all the portfolios I'm managing/helping with into one place in the cheapest way. I'm happy to help friends and family for free, but recently when one particular friend with substantial assets asked me to do it (the proverbial straw) , I just said there has to be a better way. Overall it will be less work for me. And in the future, if I continue to generate the returns on the bigger portfolio that I have been able to do recently on smaller private portfolios, then I'll either open it up more to a wider group of investors or form an investment corporation. I'm going to manage it according to the same principles that I manage the portfolio on my web site. That's what I'm thinking right now. Mike
