That's fascinating given that they filed to sell shares on December 6, 9, 10, 11, and 17. Par for the course.

According to the latest 13G filing on 2/14/97:

Idanta Partners owns 11,354,356 shares or 8.9%. Dunn owns 1,403,472 shares, which combined with the Idanta stake is 10.0% of shares outstanding. Oh, by the way, when Idanta Partners sells, is that meaningless too? Is Idanta just doing this for the same reason as Tim Hill? Some of you were willing to get excited about the disinformation that they were buying? Are you going to let the selling bother you at all?
