If you are for short-term, don't buy Repap because it is hard to tell
which way it will go.

If you are for long-term, you may consider to buy it at this level but
you need to take the risk that Repap can improve itself in the coming
months (assume there is no takeover). I bet on Repap because most
articles I read stated the industry should improve. Repap is mainly in
coated paper which has a higher profit margin than other companies.
Besides, Repap should have enough cash flow for this year. If these
two things really happen, I don't think Repap will get worst.
