Paul. Re: "They have changed this and now report - shortly after the meeting - whether they have a bias to tighten or loosen interest rates." That is my understanding as well. I do not believe they will raise rates OR shift to a "tightening" bias. Keep your eye on gold prices and all commodity prices. They are the best clue about inflation, IMHO. With the gains in productivity etc., we will continue to have disinflation or very low inflation for years to come IMHO. Enjoy it while it lasts. HL
