Seeking opinions. Currently, I believe that CPU will suffer from the current separation of net and brick and mortar business. What I mean is the ability to exchange or return merchandise from net at local store. My reasoning lies behind the fact that the majority of my friends are still unwilling to spend large amounts of money on net purchases due to uneasiness about transactions and/or hassle of returning or exchanging merchandise. But, if they were able to return or exchange merchandise at their local store I think CPU would capture a boon of new net purchasers. Why would anyone by anywhere else. Net prices with brick and mortar convenience. What do you think.
