I agree with you wholeheartly there Larry, but do you think the hard earned money that shareholders have invested in CY "really matters" to Cypress. Personally I'm beginning to wonder. CY was 6 1/16 on 8-31-98 today it is 8 - 7/8. All I said last August is that I felt there were better places to invest your hard earned dollars, JMHO. Regards, Al
